Mechanically attached, induction-welded, and fully adhered configurations are all available, and field welding process doesn't change from any other TPO we install.
Fleece-backed VersiWeld options exist for recover work over existing granulated roofing, which comes up on some of the older strip retail buildings in Highland and Yucaipa where a full tear-off isn't necessary if the existing substrate checks out dry and sound.
VersiGard EPDM
VersiGard is Versico's EPDM line, available in black and white, and we spec it on the same kind of jobs as any manufacturer's rubber membrane: ballasted valley applications where structure and code allow it, and select mountain-adjacent commercial work where cold-weather flexibility matters. It isn't our primary EPDM brand for the elevation-heavy mountain work above Crestline and Lake Arrowhead, where Elevate's RubberGard has the deeper track record, but it's a solid, competitively priced option where the bid calls for it.
VersiFlex PVC
